This role involves working cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to uphold quality standards and drive process optimization.Key Responsibilities:Adhere to and communicate quality system and supplier documentationInterpret part drawings and reject non-conforming materialsSupport and execute APQP and product launch processesApply lean principles to improve quality and operational efficiencyConduct internal, product, and 2nd party auditsExecute CAPA processes and support resolution of non-conformancesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives and customer-facing activitiesSupport ROI analysis and understand the financial impact of quality processesLead or support problem-solving and root cause analysisEnsure compliance with regulatory, customer, and supplier requirementsYour Contributions:Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–4 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu0–2 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environmentsPreferred certifications: IATF, Lead Auditor, Lean/Six Sigma, EMA, VDAStrong understanding of CAPA, APQP, and audit processesExcellent communication and analytical skillsFamiliarity with industry standards and regulatory complianceWhy Kem Krest?Competitive salaryAnnual bonus programImmediate health benefitsFree on-site clinics & prescriptions401K matchTuition reimbursementGenerous PTO & holidayParental leaveSupplier discounts
