This role blends analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and clear communication to translate business needs into scalable, strategic solutions. Sr Product Analysts operate with growing autonomy and play a critical role in aligning business goals with product capabilities and customer value.****Essential Duties & Responsibilities****| Drive stakeholder alignment by leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating consensus across teams.| Translate complex business challenges into clear documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.| Conduct data-driven analysis by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations.| Partner with product managers and engineers to shape feature development and ensure alignment with business outcomes.| Enhance cross-functional collaboration by acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.| Develop visual artifacts (e.g., process flows, wireframes, journey maps) to aid in decision-making and implementation.| Improve product and process performance by identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization opportunities.| Support testing and validation by creating test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).| Contribute to strategic planning by supporting roadmap discussions with insights and structured documentation.| Promote best practices by mentoring junior analysts and sharing knowledge of tools, techniques, and frameworks.****Recommended Experience & Education*******Minimum Years of Experience***5 years of related experience or 3 years with an advanced degree*Education Level* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field****Required****| Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex business problems and solutions.| Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).| Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).| Experience working in or closely alongside Product Management organizations.| Experience managing competing priorities and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders.| Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and technical audiences.****Preferred****| Familiarity with financial modeling or business case development.| Knowledge of digital banking or fintech products.| Experience with backlog grooming, release planning, and product roadmapping tools.The salary range for this position is: $102,000 - $128,000# **Cool Things to Know****Not Just Any Company**: Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.
