Other responsibilities include controls key distribution to contractors and staff, dispatches maintenance personnel during emergencies, helps prepare Everbridge communication messages, distributes work permits, red tag impairments, coordinates MNAA's fire system operations, facility inspections, and assists with other projects as assigned.Essential Responsibilities:Distributes hot work permits and red tag impairments and coordinates fire system operations with contractors and maintenance teams as required.Answers emergency calls and coordinates repairs when necessary.Responds to phone calls, records information, and creates work orders requests.Coordinates and controls maintenance functions and service to call-in requests to assure prompt response.Prepares & analyzes daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics of work orders as determined by the supervisor.Enters Assets in the work order system, as new are acquired or taken out of service.Controls distribution of building keys to contractors and staff, and reports keys not returned in a timely manner.Notifies proper authorities regarding fire system impairments.Coordinates authorization to get the escalator back in service.Routinely develops, tracks & updates escalators & elevators up/down times including contractor response times.Reminds contractors of safety and security requirements.Dispatches maintenance personnel during emergencies.Adjusts the fire alarm system so that false alarms are not enunciated and distributes the proper job tag for on-site notification.Inspects airport facilities and creates work orders to correct deficiencies.Performs follow-up with maintenance personnel and requesters.Establishes working relationships and rapport with customers.Supports MNAA's commitment to its culture and values, including Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (RISE).Maintains regular and on-time attendance.Follows all safety regulations.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:Schedule Flexibility: Displays a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Communication: Skill in communicating effectively at all levels of the organization and with stakeholders, both orally and in writing.Customer Service: Skill in providing customer service, including listening to customers' needs, identifying customer solutions, assessing quality of customer services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.Managing Workload: Skill in organizing and prioritizing work, handling multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines.Computer Use: Skill in using a personal computer, the internet, and other software to perform job-related functions.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Attention to Detail: Is careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.Relationship Building: Skill in establishing and maintaining effective and professional working relationships with others.Reporting: Skill in preparing and producing timely and accurate oral and written reports.Stress Tolerance: Skill in accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.Driving: Skill in operating a motor vehicle.Written Expression: Ability to use words and sentences in writing so others will understand.Written Comprehension: Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.Dependability: Acts reliably and responsibly with others.Professionalism: Demonstrates professional behavior and appearance in all situations.Ethical Behavior: Consistently displays ethical behavior.Judgment and Decision Making: Skill in considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.Ability to obtain and maintain a Secure Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge.Qualifications:Required:H.S. DiplomaOne (1) year of customer service experienceDriver's licenseSecure ramp driving certification (within 90 days of hire)Preferred:Associate's degree in business or a related field of study2-4 years of dispatch, radio communication, customer service, or related experience.
