We stop at nothing because we’re the kind of people who give everything. The Position The TOPC role is a vital part of our organization. This position is responsible for assessing donor suitability and maximizing tissue and eye donation to ensure optimal outcomes for tissue processors, donor families and recipients. What You’ll Do Perform the surgical removal of donated tissue, such as skin, bone, corneas, and heart valves, from donor heroes for transplant into living recipients, according to established procedures and regulatory requirements. Review and assess hospital medical records, electronic documentation of OR procedures, and complete physical exam/risk assessment. Perform the packaging, shipping, and documentation of donated recovered tissue.
