The Premium Club Lead Bartender is responsible for leading bar operations within premium club spaces during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position serves as the on-shift leader for bartending staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate beverage preparation, compliance with alcohol service standards, and efficient bar operations. The Premium Club Lead Bartender helps drive a first-class hospitality experience while supporting team development, operational excellence, and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and support bartenders and bar support staff during events. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards. Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, premium hospitality experience. Monitor bar operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service speed. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and inventory counts. Ensure bars are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for service. Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local and company regulations. Monitor product quality, presentation, and portion control standards. Assist with staff training and coaching on beverage preparation, service standards, and compliance requirements. Address guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly. Communicate inventory needs, equipment issues, and operational concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
