3D Experiential Design Manager

Seeking a bold and ideas-driven 3D Experiential Design Manager for a short-term freelance opportunity, this role will manage the ideation and development of activation concepts for Kia's top-tier sports partnerships and live events, collaborating with clients and agency partners to deliver high-impact brand experiences remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the creative development of activation concepts for Kia's NBA partnerships and events Collaborate with Kia and agency partners to ensure consistent brand representation in activations Design signage and materials for events, and provide 2D and 3D renders for client approval Required qualifications 5-8 years of agency experience as a graphic designer or art director Proven ability to develop concepts from ideation to execution Preferred experience in NBA/WNBA and arena display/activation Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
