Registered Nurse (PRN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate home health care services in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Include Performing client assessments and developing individualized care plans based on agency standards. Managing case coordination, supervision, and implementation of nursing and supportive services. Responding to referrals, inquiries, and initiating appropriate in-home care actions independently. Ensuring compliance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards. Performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services. Qualifications And Skills Current RN license in Colorado. Minimum of two years of nursing experience in long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience preferred.
