Customer Care Representative Location: Toano, VA (Onsite) Monday-Friday Schedule Day Shift Hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $17-19/hour Full-time Contract Position (Day Shift) Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Toano, VA Benefits Of This Role Monthly sales bonus opportunities End-of-season bonus opportunities Friendly and team-oriented work environment Holiday celebrations and employee appreciation activities Stable Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity to gain valuable customer service and contact center experience Potential for contract extension based on business needs A Day In The Role Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and voicemails Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries Track shipments and provide delivery updates Research and resolve customer concerns regarding products, services, and orders Process customer orders and catalog requests Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the order management system Document customer interactions and follow-up activities Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support customer needs Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements 2+ years of Customer Service experience Previous Contact Center or Call Center experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required Strong communication and problem-solving skillsll Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails Ability to work onsite in Toano, VA Must be available to work Black Friday Why They’re Hiring Seasonal hiring ramp to support increased holiday order volume New catalog launch and holiday gifting season demand Opportunity to join a team during their busiest and most exciting time of the year Pay And Benefits (Detailed) The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
