Patriot Conceptions is accepting applications from qualified gestational surrogate candidates in California
and Nevada.

This opportunity is best suited for women who have already had a healthy pregnancy and live birth and meet
the basic medical and lifestyle requirements below. Qualified surrogates can earn up to $120K+ in total
compensation and benefits, depending on experience, location, insurance, and journey details.

Applicants who pass the initial eligibility review will speak directly with a coordinator about the process,
compensation, timeline, and next steps.

Key qualifications:
● Age 21–37
● At least one prior healthy pregnancy and live birth
● BMI under 32
● Non-smoker with a stable lifestyle
● Able to complete medical, psychological, and legal screening
● U.S. candidate, subject to state and program review
