Sr. Program Manager, Talent Development

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Talent Development to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape leadership and talent development initiatives that strengthen manager effectiveness and support organizational growth across a global environment. You will own the design and delivery of programs that help leaders build capability, deepen team effectiveness, and translate development strategy into measurable outcomes. The position partners closely with HR business partners and senior leaders to identify needs, guide offsites, and create learning experiences that make a meaningful business impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $128,560 – $188,900 annually Responsibilities Design and build comprehensive development programs from needs assessment through delivery Facilitate engaging development sessions in person, virtually, and in hybrid formats Lead leadership team offsites, define outcomes, and guide strategic conversations Serve as an internal coach for leaders and high-potential talent Develop and certify internal facilitators while setting standards for programs Collaborate with HR business partners to identify capability gaps and appropriate solutions Measure program impact through feedback and business outcomes, iterating as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in a relevant field 7-10 years in talent development, with 7+ years in program design and facilitation Experience designing and facilitating executive offsites and team effectiveness sessions Expert facilitation skills for diverse global audiences in various formats Strong instructional design skills based on adult learning principles Executive presence to build trust and provide candid feedback to senior leaders Ability to use data to measure impact and inform program decisions Benefits Generous time off and wellness leave Healthcare coverage and retirement savings program Opportunities for professional development and growth Flexible work environment with remote options Regular travel for in-person programs and offsites Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
