Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and medication management.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Participate in resident care planning, identifying and addressing individual needs and concerns.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control practices and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
