Clinical Director, Supportive Housing Program (52916)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate services of clinical and case‑management staff to ensure daily activities follow program protocols and align with RiseBoro’s mission. Receive tenancy referrals, review documentation, schedule and conduct intake interviews for new tenants. Hire qualified team members and ensure they have resources needed for success. Observe, coach, and support staff in providing evidence‑based practice with tenants. Conduct weekly supervision, including case conferences, to monitor service delivery and staff performance, and facilitate job‑development support. Oversee completion of tenant needs assessments and aid staff in creating individualized, tenant‑centered service plans. Collaborate with the Program Administrator and Director of Supportive Services on program build‑out at inception. Lead staff in health‑care and care‑team planning as appropriate. Ensure tenant adherence to physical and behavioral health medication schedules. Support the Tenant Services Director and other staff in designing and implementing independent‑living skills curriculum. Provide conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and crisis de‑escalation as needed. Approve and submit accurate timecards for all direct reports. Establish and maintain a rotating on‑call assignment and emergency phone protocols. Complete and submit reports to the Program Administrator for funding source review. Conduct regular audits of charts and files. Initiate disciplinary action, develop performance improvement plans, conduct annual evaluations, and assist staff in goal setting for program improvement. Be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies. Competencies Dynamic, able to multi‑task, problem‑solve, and work independently with strong leadership and decision‑making skills. Team player, willing to work with diverse populations. Trained in child development, mandated reporting, and family dynamics. Trained in harm‑reduction and housing‑first services approaches. Experience with evidence‑based or evidence‑informed practices, including Positive Youth Development, Recovery‑Oriented and Trauma‑Informed Case Management, and Critical Time Intervention. Commitment to RiseBoro’s mission of unleashing the potential of communities to thrive. 3‑5 years of supervisory experience. Education and Experience Requirements Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) required; LCSW preferred. At least 3 years of relevant social service experience, particularly providing clinical and counseling services to young adults and families.
