LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)Tryfacta is seeking an LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Location: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16 WeeksWork Schedule: Day/Evening/Night (5x8 and 3x12)Pay rate: $40 - $45Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Perform medication passes accurately and safely.Monitor and report changes in resident condition.Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation.Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies.Supervise CNAs on assigned units.Provide care to residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.Support residents receiving skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and wound care services.To be considered for this position, you should have:Active New York State LPN license required at the time of submission.No license hits allowed.Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing experience required.BLS certification required.Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation.Strong attendance and punctuality required.Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be flexible with scheduling needs.First-time travelers are accepted.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
