Location: Grand Arch, OH
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation
- Compensation Structure: $50–$60/hour or 30% of net production, whichever is greater
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $104,000 – $124,800/year based on hourly compensation and full-time schedule, with additional upside through production-based earnings
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a modern, growth-oriented dental practice in Grand Arch, OH. This opportunity is ideal for a hygienist who is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative clinical environment.
The practice is committed to delivering high-quality dentistry while supporting hygienists with strong systems, modern technology, and a compensation structure that rewards productivity and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry
- Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive hygiene procedures
- Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Experience with periodontal therapy and patient education preferred
