Commercial HVAC Service Technician

What You’ll Be Doing Perform service, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems Diagnose issues and recommend proactive, energy-efficient solutions Work independently while maintaining communication and collaboration with the team Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards Deliver 100% customer satisfaction through professionalism and problem-solving Document all work clearly, including service notes, recommendations, and time reporting Participate in on-call rotation as needed Who You Are 5+ years HVAC field experience (15+ years preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills across a variety of commercial systems Comfortable with both large and small equipment (1.5 to 400 tons, VAV, CV, VRF) Self‑motivated, dependable, and organized Respectful communicator and reliable team player Able to work safely with tools, ladders, and in various building conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bonus if you have experience with building automation systems (Trane, ALC, JCI, i‑Vu), energy management, or static control—but not required.
