Not polished ads, authentic, face-cam content in your own voice. The kind of video that stops someone mid-scroll and makes them think "I could actually do that." Formats we love: talking head. We'll give you a brief each week with specific hooks and angles to try, but your style is yours. We're not looking for scripts. We're looking for creators who get it. Posting requirement: 5 videos per week across Instagram and TikTok and Facebook. You’ll get: a free account with full access, a weekly content brief, brand assets, and direct access to the team for questions and feedback. How we work together At first, send us your first 2 weeks of videos to review. We'll give feedback within 24 hours of each post and flag anything that needs adjusting before it goes live, though we keep notes to a minimum. We trust you. Communication happens over Slack. Payments are made monthly via Talentir, on a rolling 30-day cycle from your start date. There's a 2-week paid trial period so we can make sure it's a good fit on both sides.
