Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary: Seeking a experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. Candidate must be flexible to work 3x12-hour shifts and handle variable assignments including floating to different campuses. Responsibilities: Administer emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Utilize EPIC electronic health records to document patient assessments and treatments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Perform EKG exams and interpret results accurately. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including CPI, PALS, and TNCC credentials. Support patient advocacy and education to ensure understanding of care instructions. Qualifications: Hold an active RN license in good standing. Possess at least 2 years of recent ER experience. Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC electronic health records. Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications; NIH required. Meet the requirements for Tier2 travel compliance. Successfully pass all required background checks and ensure no open cases.
