Linktree is seeking a Support Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and data powering support for 70+ million Linkers worldwide. This 12-month fixed-term role is designed for an experienced operator who can diagnose quickly and drive faster, smarter, and more scalable support.
You will partner with Customer Support leadership, Product, Engineering, and Trust & Safety to design how work flows through our team, from routing and staffing to quality, tooling, and AI-powered automation.
