**Required Experience, Licensure, and Certifications:** - 1 year of previous stepdown experience - State license IL and IA (on offer) - Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months - Experience with chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, central lines - Proficiency with medications such as amiodarone, cardizem, nitro, insulin, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, isuprel, milrinone, and argatroban, with some titration **Preferred Experience:** - At least 1 travel contract completed **Required Certification:** - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) **Skills and Documentation:** - Driver's License - Work history/resume - Skills checklist (must be completed within 1 year of submission date) - License verification - References - 1 supervisory reference required at the time of submission **State Licenses:** - Iowa - Illinois
