**Required Certifications:** - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - De-escalation certification **Experience:** - 1 year of experience required - First-time traveler is acceptable **Licensure:** - Driver's License required - License verification required **Additional Requirements:** - Work history/resume - Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date - Copy of required certifications - References, including 1 supervisory reference at time of submission **Preferred Qualifications:** - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. **State Licenses:** - Illinois **Other Details:** - Weekend work every third week - Position Code: 5944
