General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Employment Details Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour (or above the applicable minimum wage). Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Employment Type: Temporary. Shifts: Overnight. Location: Walmart Supercenter #426, 4691 State Highway 121, Colony, TX 75056. Responsibilities Greet customers on the sales floor.
