Outside Sales Representative – Business Development Dayton / Southwest Ohio | B2B Sales

$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

$100,000+ Income Potential

Boone Restoration is looking for an experienced outside salesperson to build and grow a network of referral partners and commercial relationships throughout the Dayton and Southwest Ohio market.

This is a field-based role for someone who likes creating opportunities, meeting people face-to-face, and developing a territory over time.

You won't be sitting around waiting for leads.

You'll be building the relationships that create them.

What You're Building

Restoration is a relationship business.

When a property experiences a major water loss, fire, storm damage, or another emergency, the people involved need to know who they can trust.

Your job is to make sure they know Boone.

You'll develop relationships with professionals including:

• Insurance Agents & Adjusters
• Property Managers
• Facility Managers
• Plumbers
• HVAC Companies
• Contractors
• Commercial Property Professionals
• Other Local Referral Partners

The objective isn't to make one sale.

It's to develop relationships that can generate business repeatedly for years.

What Your Week Looks Like

Most of your time will be spent in the market.

You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and prospecting high-value referral partners
• Conducting face-to-face meetings
• Developing new commercial relationships
• Growing existing accounts
• Networking throughout the local business community
• Conducting consultative sales conversations
• Following up consistently with prospects and referral partners
• Managing your pipeline and activity through CRM
• Working closely with operations when opportunities become active projects
• Building a predictable flow of referral opportunities

You'll have structure, coaching, and a proven process—but you'll also have the independence to manage and grow your territory.

What Success Looks Like

During your first 6–12 months, you'll be working toward:

• Establishing a strong network of referral partners
• Consistently generating new meetings
• Developing meaningful commercial relationships
• Building a visible and growing pipeline
• Creating repeatable referral opportunities
• Establishing Boone as a trusted restoration resource throughout your territory
• Building momentum toward $100,000+ annual income

This is a long-term business development role.

We're not looking for someone to have one great month.

We're looking for someone who can build a market.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a salesperson who knows how to create business rather than simply service existing accounts.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Are comfortable prospecting and opening new relationships
• Enjoy meeting people face-to-face
• Know how to build trust with business professionals
• Can manage a territory independently
• Have strong organization and follow-through
• Are comfortable tracking activity and pipeline in CRM
• Respond well to coaching and accountability
• Want to build something that becomes more valuable over time

Restoration experience is not required.

If you know how to develop relationships and create opportunities, we can teach you our industry and sales process.
