Hiring: Sales Representative

Pay: Commission, based on performance.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reports to: Sales Desk Manager

Workplace: Onsite - Fort Worth, TX

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles, parts, and services
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory
• Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and manufacturer incentives and programs

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and services
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management systems
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
