Be an Expert: Prepare food per item specifications; plan for production and seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, pick‑up orders, training, and product quality. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; provide member service, guide purchasing decisions, process payments, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate brand; mentor and inspire teammates; support training and road‑block removal. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; utilize Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; prioritize; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification. Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00.* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
