Call Center Registered Nurse (Overland Park, KS)

Call Center Registered Nurse The purpose of the Call Center Registered Nurse is to provide and document clinical call center services for patients. The role also provides education and support to patients related to the product, including the self-injection technique. The RN follows all processes and call scripts established by the manufacturer for the program in order to meet regulatory requirements. Acts as liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and patient care advocates to answer clinical questions as designated in the product label. Key Responsibilities Provide education on the product and the self-administration technique according to the call scripts and guardrails. Receive inbound phone calls and make outbound calls to patients. Support patients through injection training and education by setting proper expectations of treatment. Provide education and training to healthcare providers if designated by the program. Document all inbound and outbound calls and other activities within the program database. Perform other tasks as necessary. Qualifications Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) with a valid nursing license in Kansas. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and at least 3 additional years of clinical experience. Computer literacy and good keyboard skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word products a plus.
