Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture: Recruit, train, and lead restaurant staff - including Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, Kitchen Crew, and Front-of-House team members. Leadership & Culture: Create a positive, inclusive workplace that promotes teamwork, respect, and accountability. Leadership & Culture: Lead by example through professionalism, hospitality, and a hands-on leadership style. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest is greeted warmly, served promptly, and leaves happier than they arrived. Guest Experience: Lead the team to deliver consistent, high-quality food and service that reflect our brand standards. Operations Management: Oversee all daily restaurant operations - food preparation, service, cleanliness, and safety. Operations Management: Maintain compliance with company policies and local health and safety regulations. Operations Management: Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and performance to optimize results. Operations Management: Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement: Execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach that strengthen brand awareness. Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement: Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement: Partner with your team to promote specials, events, and brand campaigns. Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement: Build relationships with guests and the community to drive repeat business. Financial & Inventory Management: Achieve sales and profit goals while managing labor, food, and controllable costs. Financial & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure proper cash handling procedures. Financial & Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely ordering. Financial & Inventory Management: Collaborate with vendors for high-quality, cost-effective, and responsibly sourced products. What You Bring Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams while maintaining a positive, professional tone. Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards. Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to relocate to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home, as needed. ServeSafe certification and successful completion of company management certification required. High school diploma or equivalent ; additional culinary or management training is a plus. Must have valid Driver's License . Perks & Benefits Competitive salary.
