IT Support Team Lead

This person would provide end user support and also be the person in charge of the initial diagnostics and working with vendors. For example: initial diagnostics for printers but using a service contract from a company in charge of that kind of devices. They would basically be responsible for assisting the users with PCs and most basic network troubleshooting as the initial diagnostics. This person will also be the team lead of other IT support people at the various KY locations and be the go between person between the plants and corporate IT.
