Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Early Intervention (EI) Monitor to review programmatic compliance and coordinate with EI stakeholders to ensure program goals are achieved in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. 

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means managing a high-quality monitoring process that delivers clear, objective, and defensible evaluations. You will: 

• Apply an Analytical & Objective Lens: Evaluate program data and contract requirements using critical thinking and technical knowledge of EI services to form sound judgments. 
• Manage Flawless Reviews & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct programmatic compliance, Payee, Complaint, and CFC reviews while collaborating effectively with EI Stakeholders. 
• Maintain 100% Data & Compliance Integrity: Show extreme sensitivity to recording and transmitting confidential or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) across web-based systems. 
• Drive Continuous Improvement & Efficiency: Assist with tool changes, form letters, and report templates while delivering timely, attentive, and upbeat service to clients that reflects positively on the organization. 

You’ll Own

• Conducting programmatic compliance reviews, Payee Reviews, Complaint Reviews, and assisting with CFC reviews as needed. 
• Coordinating directly with EI Stakeholders and attending internal meetings, ICCEI council meetings, and CFC Manager meetings. 
• Assisting with updates to tools, form letters, report templates, and accessing internal and external compliance resources. 
• Producing error-free written communications and providing concise, professional technical assistance. 
• Participating in special initiatives, such as serving as a program representative for SSIP or assisting with training new hires. 
• Traveling within the State of Illinois as required for program oversight.

• You Have the Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, social service administration, Developmental Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field. 
• You Bring Relevant Field Expertise: You have at least two years of experience working with Early Intervention services and contracts. 
• You Are Tech-Savvy: You possess strong proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and adapt easily to web-based compliance software. 
• You Write and Speak with Precision: You deliver clear, concise verbal technical assistance and produce flawless written communications free of spelling, grammar, or formatting errors. 
• You Value Data Security & Confidentiality: You exercise extreme sensitivity and care when handling confidential or Personally Identifiable Information (PII). 
• You Are a Collaborative & Service-Oriented Team Player: You excel at cooperative teamwork, active listening, and providing upbeat, attentive service to clients.
