  Concessions Team Member (Front & Back of House)
  We're seeking reliable, energetic team members who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest service and high-quality food in a fast-paced concessions environment.
  This position supports both Front of House (guest service, register, beverage service) and Back of House (food preparation and cooking) operations and reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director.
  Position Summary
  As a Concessions Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest. You'll prepare and serve food and beverages, operate the POS system, maintain clean and organized work areas, and work closely with your team to ensure efficient service and quick ticket times. This position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director.
  Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  - Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
  - Greet guests, take orders, and accurately process payments using the POS system
  - Prepare, cook, and present food according to quality and safety standards
  - Maintain consistency in food builds and presentation
  - Operate smoothie station and beverage equipment as needed
  - Follow all food safety guidelines and health code regulations
  - Clean and maintain concession stands, kitchen areas, and equipmentAssist with opening and closing duties
  - Stock and organize inventory
  - Support both FOH and BOH team members to ensure smooth operations
  - Communicate effectively with leadership regarding operational needs
  Qualifications
  - Must be at least 16 years of age
  - No experience required - food service experience preferred
  - Strong customer service and communication skills
  - Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  - Team-oriented with a positive, dependable attitude
  - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  - Food Handlers Certification required within 60 days of hire
  Physical Demands
  - Ability to stand and/or walk for extended shifts (8+ hours)
  - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  - Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and concession setting
