RN Homecare - Per Visit
Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services
Role Registered Nurse providing in-home care to adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities include Initiating and adjusting care plans, administering medications and treatments, responding to patient condition changes, and providing healthcare education and discharge planning. Qualifications Current RN license, health certificate, PPD or X-ray, BLS certification, and preferably one year of RN experience. Skills and qualities Strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and ability to respond to patient needs promptly. Key duties Deliver direct patient care, monitor treatment efficacy, coordinate care, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality service.
