MS Power Platform Developer

M9 Solutions is seeking a MS Power Platform Developer to support a government contract for a client in Bethesda, MD . An active Top Secret SCI clearance is required. Responsibilities Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards. Design, build, and deploy new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end‑user requirements. Manage Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gateways. Develop automation and workflow solutions to streamline processes for the client base. Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem. Design and deploy new SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power Automate. Ensure reliability, accessibility, and security of SharePoint‑based applications and content. Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide user support, documentation, and training for applications and dashboards. Work with IT security teams to ensure all solutions align with information assurance and cybersecurity standards. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications Top Secret SCI security clearance. 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate). 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online administration and development. Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Strong understanding of data sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, Dataverse, APIs). Experience implementing role‑based access control and data security within Power Platform. Preferred Qualifications Experience with JSON, REST APIs, or integrating external data sources. Full-Time Employee Compensation Pay range for this position: $60,000 – $180,000 USD.
