The Car Wash Manager (CWM) is responsible for the overall operation of a professional car wash facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and consistent execution of company standards. The CWM is accountable for completing all tasks assigned by the District Manager or Director of Car Wash Operations, leading and developing their team, driving sales performance, and maintaining equipment, safety, and compliance standards. The CWM plays a critical leadership role by setting expectations, modeling professional behavior, and ensuring a high‑quality experience for both customers and employees.
