About us : SkinBit is a membership-based clinical skin-screening service. Members visit a SkinBit clinic, where a complete, high-resolution record of their skin is captured in minutes and read in depth by board-certified dermatologists — every notable mark mapped, the ones to monitor flagged, anything warranting a biopsy called out, with a fast-track partner-dermatologist network when a closer look is needed. Think Prenuvo or Function Health, for your skin.

The role : SkinBit's mission only matters if members can reach it. You own how the service gets everywhere — our own clinics and the colocations we embed inside partner sites. Every deployment, every site, every rollout: yours to design, launch, and scale, as a clinical service that has to feel as precise and calm in location forty as it does in location one. This is the operator's seat at the moment the company goes from a few clinics to many.

What you'll own:

• Every deployment in the US — company-owned clinics and partner colocations alike.
• The repeatable playbook: how a new site goes from signed to live, fast and the same way every time.
• Site economics, imaging-capture standards, and equipment logistics.
• Ongoing site and equipment maintenance — keeping every clinic running, clean, compliant, and at full uptime.
• Hiring and staffing the clinic teams — medical assistants and member coordinators across every location — and the models that make that repeatable.
• Partner and vendor relationships for colocations — the commercial and operational interface.
• Building and leading the operations team underneath you as we scale.
  

What we need:

• Multi-site operations at scale. You've rolled out and run physical healthcare locations — retail health, primary/urgent care, diagnostics, or comparable membership/clinic models.
• Playbook-builder, not just a runner. You've turned one-off launches into a repeatable, documented system.
• Hired and led distributed front-line teams. You've staffed and managed clinical or service teams across multiple sites — not just an HQ org.
• Comfort with startup ambiguity and a bias to ship — equity-heavy, high-autonomy, high-accountability.
• Healthcare operational fluency — compliance, staffing, and the realities of regulated physical sites.
