We are looking for a motivated Client Service Representative to join our sales and marketing team in Pittsburgh,PA. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building customer relationships, and developing communication and sales skills.

You will receive hands-on training in customer engagement, sales presentations, brand promotion, and client support. Successful team members can take on additional responsibilities in training, team leadership, and management.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands through in-person customer interactions in our retail locations
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide professional service
• Explain products, services, and promotions clearly
• Support sales and marketing campaigns in retail and event environments
• Assist with customer questions and provide solutions
• Track customer interactions and sales activity
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development online
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve campaign goals
