LOCATIONS: Onsite Columbus Ohio

Pay: $19 per hour

Start:  October 2026

Temp to Hire

3 Week Paid Training

Hours:  Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• • Guide business and consumer clients through mechanical equipment set up over the phone
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information needed to resolve issues
  • Follow up on unresolved matters and drive them to full resolution
  • Document all customer interactions with detailed notes, including actions taken
  • Assist with inbound calls from purchasers related to product set up

Qualifications

• • 1–3 years of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to think critically, problem‐solving and troubleshoot
  • Excellent problem‐solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Attention to detail and Technically savvy
  • Work in our Columbus OH Office
