About the Job: Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Clerk II. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient assembly and mailing of membership information and documentation. If you are organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Membership Information: Assemble and mail all outgoing membership information for group and individual lines of business, including daily work, annual renewals, special mailings, and customer service requests within two days of reception.
• Daily Refunds: Process and mail daily refunds in coordination with the Cash Disbursement team within one day of receipt.
• Group Bills: Assist in mailing complex group bills on the day they are received.
• Daily Letters: Help with the mailing of all daily letters.
• Group Renewals: Support the breakdown and organization of daily group renewals, including ID cards, waiting period pages, and contracts/certificates.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
