Qualifications Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist after hire if necessary. TB skin test current within last 12 months.
