RN – Medical Surgical / Telemetry (MS/Tele)
Fayetteville, NC
Contract: 06/29/2026 – 09/26/2026 (13 Weeks)
Night Shift | 4x12s (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 48 Hours/Week

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry experience
✔️ Active NC or Compact RN License
✔️ BLS Certification
✔️ ACLS Certification
✔️ NIH Stroke Certification
✔️ EPIC experience required

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Perform patient assessments and monitor cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC

Additional Details:

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5–6
• Every other weekend required
• Floating within scope to other units/campuses as needed
• No local candidates within 50 miles
• Advanced EKG exam required during compliance
• Maximum 4 days RTO
