DutiesPerform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential facilities, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough clean while adhering to safety protocols.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning services or special projects as assigned.SkillsProven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.Join our team as a Cleaning Technician and contribute to creating clean and welcoming environments for our clients!
