Receptionist
Safe Health Educators
This is a part-time, on-site position for a receptionist, located in Baldwin, NY. The Office Administrator will oversee daily operations, manage office equipment, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure an efficient flow of communication within the organization and with clients. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting staff and instructors, and maintaining organized records and reports pertinent to compliance and operational activities.
Qualifications
Expertise in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in handling and maintaining Office Equipment
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently when necessary
Experience in compliance and/or educational environments is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT skills
