The supervisor will be responsible for communicating job expectations, appraising job results, coaching and counseling employees as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in milling and precision machining, understanding the processes. Shift supervisors will help cover other shifts when needed, we are looking for someone who is flexible and can work all 3 shifts plus weekends.Responsibilities:Interface with team members on a daily basis and act as the first line of command in resolving problems and maintaining efficient, orderly workflowEnsuring on-time delivery, management of the flow of materials/parts and control of inventoryCoordinate workloads and department schedulesAdherence to product and customer specificationsSupervises assigned employees and conveys Management's expectations and direction.
