Bentley Mission Critical is hiring a  Welding Instructor to lead a  structured, rapid training program that turns motivated, unskilled individuals into productive welders.

We don’t accept the “labor shortage” excuse.
We manufacture skilled labor.

This role is about building people, building capability, and building a repeatable system that feeds our manufacturing lines with  trained, confident welders—fast.

What You’ll Do

• Train individuals with  little to no welding experience into job-ready welders
• Execute and continuously improve a  structured, step-by-step welding curriculum
• Teach core processes (MIG/FCAW primarily) with a focus on  real production work
• Emphasize  safety, quality, and consistency from day one
• Evaluate trainees and track progress through defined  skill milestones
• Transition trainees from the classroom to  live production environments
• Work closely with production leadership to align training with  actual shop needs
• Instill discipline, pride, and accountability in every trainee

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in  welding and fabrication (shop or field)
• Experience training, mentoring, or leading others (formal or informal)
• Ability to break down complex skills into  simple, repeatable steps
• High standards for  quality and safety
• Patience combined with urgency—you know how to  push people to improve quickly
• Strong communication and leadership presence
