What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals following recipes and menu guidelines.

• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following food safety standards.

• Assist with food preparation, inventory, stocking, and kitchen cleanup.

• Work closely with the dining team to provide excellent service and a welcoming dining experience.

• Help make every meal enjoyable for our residents.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least one year of cooking or culinary experience preferred.

• Passion for serving older adults with kindness and respect.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
