• Hiring bonus: $10,000 for 1 year or $20,000 for 2 years (ask us about payout terms)

• Schedule: Days 6a-6p, nights 6p-6a, or PRN; full-time and part-time

What you'll do

• Help make sure quality care is delivered through staff monitoring, physician contact, care planning and daily resident observation

• Provide direct resident care

• Direct and monitor nursing assistants on the unit

• Follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders and restraint reduction

• Document and report changes in condition, room changes, LOAs, admissions and discharges

• Give and receive shift report; transcribe and communicate physician orders

What you bring

• Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program

• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing in the State of Montana or a compact state

• New grads, seasoned nurses and multistate licensees welcome
