Job Title: Dietary Aid

Job Description

The role of Dietary Aid entails supporting food service operations through maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, assisting with meal assembly, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock service areas with supplies and food items.

• Assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion-control guidelines.

• Maintain an organized work area before, during, and after each shift.

• Assist kitchen staff as needed with food preparation and service.

• Use food service equipment safely and properly.

Essential Skills

• Experience in foodservice and food preparation.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Familiarity with dishwashing and cleaning tasks.

• General labor and hospitality skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or in food production is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
