Responsibilities & What do we do: Simply put, we focus on helping investors buy and sell income‑producing buildings. Our clients own $1–30 Million properties and are “Main Street” investors (the largest segment of investment property ownership). They could be your parents, a retired couple, a podiatrist, or a professional athlete; they all own investment real estate for passive income. They are just like you, except they bought an apartment building to use as a vehicle for creating retirement income, cash flow to supplement their job, build long‑term wealth, or follow in the footsteps of many of America’s most successful investors. We divide each major city into smaller submarkets and put an adviser into each area to build a level of expertise and provide transaction services when your local investors have a profitable opportunity or need our assistance solving a problem. Upon acceptance, you will begin a demanding training program designed to create a foundation for a long‑term rewarding career in commercial real estate. The amazing learning opportunity does not come without the highest expectations. You will be pushed to your maximum potential and be expected to quickly learn and apply the lessons of your mentor. You should expect to partner with mentors whose historical performance is in the top 10% of agents nationally. During your partnership with your mentor, you will gain insight and expertise. While an average performer earns $300,000 a year, with us, a top performer will earn seven figures, and typically six‑figure incomes are earned between months 12‑24.
