The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of wig styling experience and a strong eye for beauty and fashion trends. They are highly skilled in wig customization, client consultations, and creating personalized looks while providing an exceptional client experience. This person is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand styling goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs
• Customize wigs through cutting, styling, coloring, texturizing, and lace customization
• Perform wig measurements and fittings to ensure comfort and a natural appearance
• Educate clients on wig care, maintenance, and styling techniques
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
• Create styles for everyday wear, special events, photoshoots, and other occasions
• Stay current on fashion trends, styling techniques, and industry innovations
• Address client concerns professionally and provide personalized solutions
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and client satisfaction
