Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy care primarily in an outpatient setting with some acute care involvement.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records using the Epic EMR system.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies.
• Adhere to facility guidelines and professional licensing requirements, including having a current NC PT license.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina Physical Therapy license or Compact License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with Epic EMR system preferred.
• Ability to manage a variety of patient populations with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requirement to comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies, with exemptions considered for medical or religious reasons.
