Equity Compensation Principal

Our client is a technology company. They seek an Equity Compensation Principal to join their Manhattan, NY office.ResponsibilitiesAdminister daily operations of the company’s equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platformCoordinate and process all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, releases, and terminationsServe as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards, tax treatment, and use of the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE portalMaintain compliance with global regulatory requirements, tax rules, and company policies by partnering with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Accounting teams to reconcile data and reportingAssist the Finance team with quarterly stock-based compensation reporting and other equity-related reporting as neededLiaise with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and coordinate ongoing plan enhancementsFacilitate internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and process overviewsReconcile and maintain accurate participant data across HRIS, payroll, and the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE systemRequirements5-10 years of experience with equity compensation plans and/or stock plan compensationExperience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity platform is preferredExcellent communication skillsDetail-oriented and analyticalStrong Excel skillsCEP designation or progress towards it is a plusJob ID # 47681Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/OfficeDate Posted:Posted on December 12, 2025Location:New York, NY 10011, USAJob Title:Equity Compensation PrincipalSalary:$90,000 - $150,000
