How you'll make an impact in this role

• Assess and Design Care : Execute initial and ongoing clinical evaluations to establish customized, goal-oriented physical therapy care plans.
• Deliver Advanced Interventions : Perform evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing specialized techniques tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Engage and Partner : Collaborate actively with patients and families to continuously evolve care plans and maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Lead and Mentor : Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff to ensure clinical excellence.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Must have ONE of the following in addition to Physical Therapist qualifications:
  Emergency Medical Response (EMR) certification
  Texas Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) or Athletic Trainer Certification (ATC)
